Made to order, personalised for you. Your portrait is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — once production begins we cannot accept cancellations or returns. Faulty or mis-described pieces are always repaired, replaced or refunded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You approve the proof before engraving.

The studio composes around 45,000 settings of your words — proofs take two to four minutes.
