Every piece is engraved uniquely for you.
Because your piece is personalised, it is exempt from the 14-day
distance-selling cancellation right under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer
Contracts Regulations 2013 — once production begins we cannot accept
cancellations or returns. Your statutory rights are unaffected: under the
Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as
described we will repair, replace or refund it. You approve a true proof
before engraving begins.
